We use a payment gateway and a credit card processing company to process rent payments. These companies do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes beyond processing your rent payment. 

Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about local area merchant promotions, changes to, or upgrade of our services, other information we feel would benefit students, or changes to this privacy policy.
